The discount applies only to your first paid monthly subscription period after the trial. Later renewals use the regular monthly price. Changing plans does not restart the trial or discount.

Each active person with workspace access counts, including the owner, administrators, inspectors, and viewers. Starter includes up to 2 users, Small Business up to 6, and Pro up to 15. A seat must be available when a teammate joins.
No. The published plans are per company with included users. Customer, truck, and trailer records do not each create another monthly subscription charge.
Photo storage allowances are still being finalized. Proposed allowances are 5 GB, 20 GB, and 50 GB per company. Final limits and any add-on pricing will be published before paid activation. Unlimited storage is not promised.
AI activation requires company owner opt-in and is limited to approved pilots. Pilot chat has a separate 20-request allowance that does not renew automatically. Pro browser voice is a beta and needs a supported browser. Do not choose a plan assuming that pilot access is automatic.

Company owners can change the selected trial plan in Settings & Billing. Your original trial end date stays the same. Paid plan changes will be available when checkout launches.
We are planning maintenance due-date reminders, mileage and engine-hour scheduling, expanded reporting, and integrations. These have no committed release date. Choose a plan for the tools and users available today.

DOTLYFY can keep inspection drafts and photos locally, then sync supported inspection data when connected. Final inspection submission and PDF generation require a connection.
Pending work is not available on another device until it syncs. Browser storage can be cleared by the device, so check sync status and sync regularly. Work-log drafts are separate: reconnect and explicitly submit them.
Access depends on company membership and role. Owners and administrators manage team access. Fleet customer access is limited to records shared with that customer. Use separate accounts for each person and a trusted device for offline work.

Download completed PDFs from Reports and share them with the intended customer. Automatic customer emailing is disabled. Keep copies of reports needed for your operations: a fixed retention schedule is not currently published, and permanent retention or recovery is not guaranteed during early access.
No. DOTZEEK currently produces non-certified worksheets and records. The inspector remains responsible for qualifications, measurements, inspection decisions, and applicable requirements. Driver inspection reports, annual worksheets, and PM checklists serve different purposes.
