The early-access service
DOTZEEK provides truck and trailer inspection worksheets and company record storage. Features may change during early access. Paid checkout is not active, and no subscription charge is created by choosing a trial plan.
Your account and company
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use a separate account for each person. Only invite people you authorize to access your company records. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share the information you provide. Do not use the service to access another company’s records without authorization or interfere with service operation.
Inspection responsibilities
DOTZEEK currently produces non-certified inspection worksheets and records. It does not issue certified annual DOT inspection certificates or verify inspector qualifications. Inspectors remain responsible for accurate measurements, equipment-specific limits, inspection decisions, and applicable requirements. Automated flags assist the inspection process and do not replace a qualified inspector’s judgment.
Trial and future subscriptions
Starter, Small Business, and Pro offer a 14-day free trial after company setup, with no credit card required. Standard monthly prices are $19.99, $39.99, and $69.99 respectively. The Startup Discount is 20% off the first paid month only after the trial; later months use the regular rate. Enterprise requires a quote and has no Startup Discount.
No automatic paid conversion is enabled. Payment authorization, cancellation information, storage allowances, and any additional subscription terms will be presented before paid activation. Existing inspection access continues while checkout is unavailable.
Records and service availability
Keep copies of reports needed for your operations. Automatic customer report emailing is disabled; download completed PDFs from Reports. Availability, permanent retention, or recovery of every record is not guaranteed during early access. Use Contact & Support for account and record requests. Requests are reviewed during early access without a guaranteed response time.
