WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY

Keep the details with the job and the unit.

Inspection Worksheets

Choose truck or trailer annual worksheets, truck preventive maintenance checklists, and supported equipment-specific forms. Record tire tread, pressure, brake, and pushrod readings.

Driver Inspections (DVIR)

Record pre-trip and post-trip findings against the unit. Keep driver-reported defects and supporting photos with the inspection record.

Photos & Unit History

Capture defect and repair photos, save inspection drafts, and search completed records by unit number. Download PDFs to review and share.

Work Logs & Labor Hours

Log work against a customer and unit. Owners review requested billable hours and create customer invoices with labor and parts. Logged, approved, and invoiced hours stay separate.

DOTZEEK provides non-certified inspection worksheets and records. It does not certify vehicles or verify inspector qualifications. PM checklists do not include automatic maintenance scheduling. Work logs support timers and entered hours; they are not GPS tracking, payroll, or payment collection.

HOW IT WORKS

From the walkaround to a record you can find.

  1. Choose the customer and unit.

Select the truck, trailer, and worksheet for the work you are doing.

  2. Record findings in the field.

Add measurements and photos. Save a draft if you need to finish later.

  3. Reconnect, submit, and review.

Final submission and PDF generation need a connection. Find the completed report by unit number and download it to share.

PM and annual inspections use different worksheets. These samples use fictional data and omit photos. They are non-certified worksheets.

What works offline?

Prepare offline access while connected to make company, customer, and unit information available on your device. DOTLYFY can keep inspection drafts and photos locally, then sync supported inspection data when connected. Final inspection submission and PDF generation require a connection.

Pending work is not available on another device until it syncs. Browser storage can be cleared by the device, so check sync status and sync regularly. Work-log drafts are separate: reconnect and explicitly submit them.

Who can see my company records?

Access depends on company membership and role. Owners and administrators manage team access. Fleet customer access is limited to records shared with that customer. Use separate accounts for each person and a trusted device for offline work.

Read the Privacy Policy for service providers, optional AI processing, and record-access requests.

How do I keep and share reports?

Download completed PDFs from Reports and share them with the intended customer. Automatic customer emailing is disabled. Keep copies of reports needed for your operations: a fixed retention schedule is not currently published, and permanent retention or recovery is not guaranteed during early access.

Does DOTZEEK certify a DOT inspection?

No. DOTZEEK currently produces non-certified worksheets and records. The inspector remains responsible for qualifications, measurements, inspection decisions, and applicable requirements. Driver inspection reports, annual worksheets, and PM checklists serve different purposes.

Can I get help setting up?

Contact Help & Support for product or account questions. For company access, start with your owner or administrator. Requests are reviewed during early access; a response time is not yet guaranteed.
